Yes that’s right, your tiny space has begun building affordable tiny houses that can be shipped directly to you anywhere in the country.
The house measures 28′ long and 8′ wide and under the 13.5′ height threshold. This means it can be easily transported to your parking site, anywhere in the continental United States and Canada and other countrys depending on clients location.
The tiny house is NOAH/ANSI certified which means it can be parked legally in most tiny house communities. It also means is can be parked in many municipalities that allow mobile homes (check with your local planning and zoning department).
This certification also means it can be more easily financed with certain lending institutions. Lastly, you know it was built with longevity and quality in mind.
This tiny house was designed and manufactured to withstand 155 mph winds and constructed to provide long-lasting use. Insulation- R15 in walls, R19 In ceiling and R24 in floor
This tiny house is the result of over 12 years of feedback your tiny space has received from tiny house dwellers since it launched back in 2010. Our goal was to build a tiny house that catered to what most tiny house dwellers are looking for:

The tiny house has a metal roof and heavy-duty LP Smart Siding for maintenance free use.
The interior is an open concept with downstairs sleeping that can accomodate a queen-sized bed with storage for clothes and other belongings.
The flooring is waterproof LVP (luxury vinyl plank) which is extremely long-lasting and scratch-free.
The kitchen comes equipped with a deep stainless steel sink which makes preparing meals and washing dishes easy. It also has a propane two-burner cooktop. On the shelf above the sink you could easily add a small stove and/or microwave. Please note that standard for our tiny homes is electric cooktop and water heater. If you would like to upgrade to a propane cooktop and water heater there is an additional charge.
The hot water is supplied by an on-demand propane hot water heater which supplies hot water to the kitchen sink, shower and bathroom sink.
The storage loft above is perfect for storing belongings that you don’t need to access regularly.
The interior walls are covered by shiplap wood and the ceiling has beautiful pine tongue and groove.
The bathroom has a lovely 30″ vanity with storage drawers and barn-style sliding door. There’s also room on the opposite of the vanity for a trash can and also whatever storage you decide to add.
